CheekyDeck provides browser-based party games for entertainment. Games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Age requirements

The service is intended for users 13 and older. Content marked Spicy, Extreme, or 18+ (including all drinking games) is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By accessing age-gated content you confirm all participants are adults.

3. Play responsibly

Dares and drinking prompts are suggestions — never perform anything unsafe, illegal, or against anyone's consent. Skip any card, any time. Drink responsibly and know your local laws. You are solely responsible for how you and your group play.

4. Premium purchases

Premium is a one-time payment for the stated duration (or lifetime). Prices vary by region. Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay; we don't store card details. Contact us for billing issues before disputing a charge.

5. Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape content, or attempt to bypass access controls.

6. Intellectual property

Game content, design and code are owned by CheekyDeck. Personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
